You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. bbkk reserves the right to refuse or revoke any registration at its sole discretion.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations, bbkk may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Security Obligations

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify bbkk of any unauthorised use.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact bbkk support immediately via the email address provided in the footer of this website.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bbkk supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbkk does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the deposit source must match the name registered on your bbkk account.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from your bbkk account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirement tied to a bonus must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; VIP members enjoy priority processing. bbkk aims to complete standard withdrawals within 48 hours of approval.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bbkk operates live in-play betting on a wide range of sports, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international matches), football, table tennis, kabaddi, and others. Live odds are updated in real time and may change between the time you submit your bet and the time it is accepted. If a bet is placed at odds that differ from those displayed due to a system error, bbkk reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

• All bets are final once accepted. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by bbkk's system unless a specific market rule expressly permits cancellation.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or walkover, bets will be settled according to the applicable market-specific rule, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.
• bbkk employs automated fraud-detection tools. Suspicious betting patterns, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, and syndicate activity, may result in bet voiding, account suspension, and withholding of winnings pending investigation.

• Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether directly or indirectly, for the purpose of circumventing any restriction or obtaining multiple bonuses.

bbkk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

bbkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
